Who are we?

Evangelize Today desires to link with key people, churches, and organizations that are looking to reinvent and refresh their approach to evangelism. We seek to provide a unique approach to sharing the Christian faith. Often, evangelism seminars are theoretical, rather than active. Christians often talk about evangelism instead of actually doing it. Evangelize Today allows participants to research their way to discoveries, reflect on their own conversions, process and then apply what they learned before they leave.

Evangelize Today at a Glance

Workshops

Evangelize Today currently has several interactive workshops. We do these workshops onsite and on Zoom with churches and networks around the country. These introductory workshops are not about "how to do evangelism", but rather research findings from 5 areas of study that help us first "think about evangelism"

National Evangelism Conference

The annual National Conference is held in the fall. Residents, mostly current pastors, prepare and present on topics that are most relevant to this time and space. Typically, the conference is a Wednesday to Friday, with times of gathering at the Blue Church location, JVs Restaurant and Bar.

Evangelism Conferences

Evangelism conferences is often held a Friday and Saturday night. These events consist of eight interactive projects that include a live phone call to interview someone, ending with a hand written letter to the person we called.

Mini Workshop

A whole church coaching package that includes a tailored application of all or many Evangelize Today tools for the church family. Al travels he often has evenings open for a 1.5 hour workshop. Churches can pick from one of 8 workshops. For cost and other information email evangelizetoday@gmail.com

Al is an explorer. His love for the outdoors and instinctive curiosity about what lies on the other side of the unknown has taken him around the world to experience amazing moments and relationships. At heart an adventurer, the skills he’s acquired have inspired Al’s pioneering quest to find how and where faith is erupting in the wild, beyond the tame confines of the institutional church. Falling well within the ancient apostolic tradition, Allan Dayhoff is a spiritual anthropologist. Grounded in a seasoned and gritty faith, he persistently calls the church to “come and see” the surprising presence of God he is discovering in the wild.
